Job summary

Qualifications

• One of the following: completion of a Medical Assistant program; at least one year of Medical Assistant work experience; or current active RN/LPN license to practice nursing in Utah.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required before start date.
• Basic computer skills including word processing and data entry.
• Professional manner with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under clinician direction, gathering information relevant to visit and condition.
• Communicate clearly with patients via phone and in-person interactions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate patient care and ensure attention to detail and follow-through.
