Qualifications

• One of: MA program completion OR at least one year MA work experience OR current active RN/LPN license in Utah
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers
• Demonstrated basic computer skills for word processing and data entry
• Professional manner with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with patients and caregivers to deliver high-quality care
• Ability to protect PHI and patient privacy

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under clinician supervision and assist the provider with information related to visit and condition
• Communicate clearly with patients via phone and in-person
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support patient care and maintain attention to detail
