Qualifications

• Graduate MA program includes phlebotomy training.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.

• Completion of Kaiser Permanente MA competencies within 60 days and annually.

Responsibilities

• Assist physician in delivering comprehensive medical care in ambulatory clinics.
• Prepare patient for examination and conduct rooming, histories, and screening.
• Perform assigned clinical tasks and procedures under supervision.
• Set up patients and virtual visits, manage room turnover.
• Chaperone exams when requested and schedule follow-ups.
• Document care in KP HealthConnect and monitor patient flow to minimize wait times.
