Job summary

Harvard Law School seeks a Program Manager for the Harvard Mediation Program (HMP). You will partner with the Student Board and staff to mentor students, coordinate court-connected mediations, and manage budgets and documentation.

This role offers leadership experience in a mission-driven legal education environment. Reporting to the Assistant Director of HNMCP, you will supervise the Case Coordinator and Program Assistant while supporting training weekends, volunteer agreements, and monthly

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Three plus years of related administrative and program coordination experience.
• Mediation-related requirements per Mass. rules and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Harvard Purchasing Card, reimbursements, budget prep and management; collect training fees; manage grant income.
• Approve program for court-connected mediations in MA; ensure re‑approval as ADR program of MA Trial Court.
• Submit statistical reports to MA Trial Court and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and manage master court schedule; coordinate sessions with sister orgs.
• Oversee document access, storage, archives, and Teams channels; update website.
