Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct mediations of complaints referred by the Commission.
• Manage mediation caseload, deadlines, and docketing.
• Coordinate video, telephone, and in-person meetings for mediation sessions.
• Prepare and draft settlement agreements for resolved matters.
• Assist with other mediation program duties and operations.
