Qualifications

• At least three years of project coordination or scheduling experience.
• Master's degree in a related field preferred.
• Evening and weekend availability for events as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the Academic Media Center's Camayak assignment system and distribute production requests to student programs.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across Academics, Athletics, Brand, IT, Recreation, Residential Life, and Wellness to align production schedules.
• Manage booking of studios, control rooms, editing suites, and equipment, resolving scheduling conflicts.
• Lead bi-weekly student content producers meetings across RMU TV, RMU Radio, and Sentry Media.
• Mentor student media programs such as the Colonial Sports Center or The Bobby Mo Game Show on content and workflow.
• Report project status and resource utilization to the AMC Director.
• Support the AMC Summer Retreat and year-round media skills onboarding on RMU Ready.
• Document standardized project management processes for productions.
