Job summary

Senior Lifestyle Corporation is seeking a Med Tech for the Park Creek Place of North Wales community. The role oversees safe medication administration (MAR/TAR) and delivers personal nursing care, including ADLs and vital signs, within a 3-11pm PT shift.

Responsibilities include proper medication storage, charting, and collaboration with LPN/LVN/RN and management. A High School diploma and current Medication Tech certification are required, with DailyPay eligibility available.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 1+ months of experience in Senior Living preferred.
• Current Medication Technician certification depending on state regulations.
• English proficiency to perform job duties and communicate with team.

Responsibilities

• Safely administer prescribed medications and treatments per MAR/TAR.
• Provide personal care and general nursing care, including ADLs and vital signs.
• Maintain medication carts, storage, and MAR accuracy; report discrepancies.
• Assist with daily living activities and dining, ensure cleanliness and comfort.
• Document information in daily logs and attend staff trainings.
