Job summary

Senior Lifestyle seeks a Med Tech for the Memory Care unit in North Wales, PA, with PA certification. This part-time role (3-11 PM) administers medications, provides resident care, and supports daily living activities.

Responsibilities include MAR/TAR compliance, stock management, and maintaining accurate records. The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 1+ month experience, and a Medication Technician certification per state regulations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1+ months of experience; Senior Living preferred.
• Current Medication Technician certification depending on state regulations.
• English proficiency to perform duties and communicate with staff.
• Basic computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Supervise self-administered medication for Memory Care in line with Federal & State regs and Senior Lifestyle guidelines.
• Count and sign narcotics with approved personnel before medication keys are issued; report discrepancies.
• Order medications and treatments or notify responsible party to maintain at least 7 days of supply.
• Notify supervisor if stock is below 2 days and not received.
• Verify medicines against MAR; report discrepancies to pharmacy and DH&W.
• Provide personal care and nursing tasks including ADLs, vital signs, and daily living activities.
