Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Current Medication Technician certification depending on state rules.
• English proficiency to perform duties and communicate with staff.

Responsibilities

• Safely administer medications and treatments per MAR/TAR.
• Provide personal care and general nursing care to residents.
• Monitor vital signs, temperatures, BP, and weights.
• Document in daily logs and report concerns to supervisor.
• Keep medication carts clean and restocked weekly and daily.
• Attend in-service trainings and maintain medical charts within 48 hours.
