Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collects and analyzes data to set outcomes and plans individualized care.
• Directs care and manages nursing personnel involved in patient care.
• Collaborates with patient, families, physicians, and staff; documents care plans.
• Participates in governance, committee work, and unit projects.
• Evaluates patient responses to interventions and updates care plans accordingly.
• Uses evidence to guide nursing practice decisions; adheres to ANA standards.
