Job summary

Generations Healthcare's Tustin facility seeks an MDS RN for a part-time role with potential to go full-time. You will input MDS data, verify accuracy, and ensure records meet required deadlines in a skilled nursing setting.

Requirements include a current RN license and at least 1 year of MDS Coordinator experience in LTC; MDS 3.0 knowledge is preferred. We offer a competitive hourly rate and solid benefits.

Qualifications

• Current RN license.
• At least 1 year as MDS Coordinator in LTC setting.
• MDS 3.0 reimbursements knowledge preferred.
• MDS Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enters information from the MDS document into the MDI system by deadlines with high accuracy.
• Compares data entered against the original MDS document and makes corrections as needed.
• Collects MDS documents within mandated time frames.
• Retrieves and prints initial feedback reports and final validation reports; locks MDS after final validation.
• Notifies coworkers of questions related to MDS data, delays, system problems, or obstacles.
