Qualifications

• MDS coordination and data collection from medical records and interviews.
• Detail-oriented review of assessments and care plans.
• Experience with PPS, Medicare meetings, and federal billing processes.

Responsibilities

• Collect information to complete the MDS using medical records, bedside assessment, and interviews.
• Participate in Daily PPS meetings, weekly Medicare meetings, and month-end meetings for billing compliance.
• Review Plan of Care quarterly and with each Comprehensive Assessment to capture changes.
