Job summary

Complete Care is seeking an MDS Coordinator RN Clinical Reimbursement Coordinator for a full-time day shift. The role requires an active CT RN license and MDS experience in a long-term care facility. Salary is negotiable with experience.

Responsibilities include monitoring resident assessments, supervising MDS data input, and transmitting MDS to the state for validation. Additional duties as assigned by nursing leadership. RAC-CT certification is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required for CT.
• MDS experience in long-term care required.
• Strong knowledge of Case-Mix and Medicare PPS processes.
• Experience with medical reimbursement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and guide the completion of resident assessments in a timely manner.
• Involvement and supervision of inputting MDS assessments.
• Transmit MDS assessments to the state and obtain receipt of validation.
• Schedule and facilitate care plan conferences on a quarterly and annual basis.
• Other duties as assigned by Director of Nursing and Administrator.
