Qualifications

• MDS 3.0 knowledge and RAI process understanding required.
• Experience with MDS assessments, CAAs, and related documentation.
• Strong organization, accuracy, and regulatory compliance skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and complete MDS assessments, CAAs, and related docs within timelines.
• Ensure documentation reflects resident conditions for reimbursement.
• Maintain CMS, state, and facility regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to update care plans.
• Monitor progress and update care plans as needed.
• Participate in care conferences and QA activities.
• Support audits, surveys, and regulatory reviews.
• Educate staff on documentation standards and MDS requirements.
• Communicate care planning needs with residents and families.
