Qualifications

• RN license required.
• Minimum 3 years nursing experience.
• 1 year MDS experience required.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Mobility to stand/move 50%+ of shifts.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Able to cope with stress and maintain health.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, supervises, and implements nursing services for residents.
• Completes MDS and Medicare documentation per regulations.
• Assess health status and communicate with the health care team.
• Coordinate admissions and discharges, update level of care.
• Develop and revise comprehensive care plans with the team.
• Document care and assessments using standard medical terminology.
• Supervise staff, delegate as needed, and respond to emergencies.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and privacy.
