Qualifications

• Unencumbered RN license in New Mexico.
• Illinois RN license required to teach all courses.
• Active BLS certification.
• At least two years professional experience within last five years in the area of instruction as a registered nurse.

Responsibilities

• Teaching and Curriculum Implementation: implement the College's philosophy, curriculum, program outcomes, and course objectives through clinical teaching and service.
• Student Evaluation and Support: develop and post written assignments and provide feedback based on course objectives.
• Clinical Coordination: orient and maintain knowledge related to clinical site policies and expectations.
• Program and College Development: contribute to ongoing development, implementation, and evaluation of programs and the College.
• Professionalism and Collaboration: serve as a professional role model and collaborate to improve operations and student satisfaction rates.
• Regulatory Compliance and Reporting: comply with regulatory rules and report to dean or course coordinator.
