Qualifications

• 3+ years in residential design/construction and/or purchasing/receiving.
• Familiar with high-end architectural finishes.
• Clear communication in person and over the phone.
• Meticulous proofreading and quality-control practices.
• Proficient with a pallet jack and hand truck.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate purchasing, receiving, and delivery of project selections.
• Verify selection completeness, accuracy, and availability with the Lead Designer and Estimator before placing an order.
• Create accurate purchase orders and bills so that committed costs align with the project budget.
• Track lead times and flag long-lead items to protect the schedule.
• Maintain an organized warehouse and manage vendor records and documentation.
