HR Resolutions is seeking a highly organized Procurement Coordinator for a 100% in-person role at our Malvern studio. This part-time position focuses on furnishings procurement, order management, and vendor communication, working closely with designers, warehouses, and finance.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in procurement, purchasing, or logistics, with a knack for keeping many moving parts on track and maintaining precise records.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in procurement, purchasing, accounts payable, or logistics.
• Experience managing vendor communication and order tracking.
• Familiar with invoices, POs, and payment schedules.
• Working knowledge of procurement software or project tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee post-order furnishings procurement from order placement through final delivery.
• Monitor purchase orders, confirmations, lead times, backorders, and delivery statuses.
• Maintain procurement logs, vendor ETAs, order records, and project tracking.
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve issues and ensure timely deliveries.
• Receive and inspect deliveries and coordinate with warehouse partners.
