Nothing Bundt Cakes Covington is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to act as the face of the bakery beyond its four walls, focusing on local B2B marketing and community engagement. The role emphasizes relationship-building with local businesses and community members to place our cakes into hands and mouths throughout the Greater Covington area.

The ideal candidate is well-connected locally, outgoing, and thrives on marketing, sales, and bringing joy to people’s day.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Flexible weekday availability (scheduling primarily falls between 9:30 AM – 1:00 PM).
• Personable with excellent communication skills.
• Competitive spirit with a passion for marketing and sales.
• Established ties to the Greater Covington community strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute the weekly marketing plan by routing and covering the full bakery territory.
• Deliver complimentary cake samples to local businesses.
• Build and maintain relationships with businesses by understanding their needs: client events, gifting programs, etc.
