Mobile Flea Market is seeking a dependable, hardworking Part-Time Operations Support team member to assist with day-to-day operations at the Mobile Flea Market in Mobile, AL. Duties include cleaning, trash removal, vendor assistance, and setup for events, with safety and teamwork emphasized.

The role is outdoors, physically active, and requires lifting up to 30 pounds. Compensation starts at $12.00 per hour with DailyPay available and on-site parking. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Able to lift at least 30 pounds.
• Comfortable working outdoors and performing physically active tasks.
• Able to communicate by radio with supervisors and team members.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily operations of Mobile Flea Market.
• Pick up and remove trash from the market lot, food stand areas, parking areas, and other designated spaces.
• Respond to vendor table requests by radio.
• Deliver tables to vendors in designated market areas.
• Assist with setup, support, and cleanup for market events.
• Safely operate equipment such as weed eaters, lawn mowers, and leaf blowers.
• Safely operate company equipment and vehicles as assigned.
• Help maintain clean and orderly outdoor areas throughout the market.
• Assist other members of the Operations Department as needed.
• Follow all company safety procedures when operating tools, equipment, and vehicles.
• Report equipment issues, unsafe conditions, or other concerns to a supervisor.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
