Mobile Flea Market is seeking a dependable, hardworking Part-Time Operations Support team member to assist with the daily needs of the market in Mobile, Alabama. This hands-on role involves outdoor work, helping with setup, and keeping the market clean and safe for vendors and guests.

The position emphasizes reliability, teamwork, and the ability to follow safety procedures while operating maintenance equipment and handling tasks across multiple areas of the market.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Dependable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team.
• Comfortable working outdoors and performing physically active tasks.
• Able to lift at least 30 pounds.
• Able to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks safely.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily operations of Mobile Flea Market.
• Pick up and remove trash from the market lot, food stand areas, parking areas, and other designated spaces.
• Respond to vendor table requests by radio.
• Deliver tables to vendors in designated market areas.
• Assist with setup, support, and cleanup for market events.
• Safely operate approved equipment such as weed eaters, lawn mowers, and leaf blowers.
• Safely operate company equipment and vehicles as assigned and authorized.
• Help maintain clean and orderly outdoor areas throughout the market.
• Assist other members of the Operations Department as needed.
• Follow all company safety procedures when operating tools, equipment, and vehicles.
• Report equipment issues, unsafe conditions, or other concerns to a supervisor.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
