Job summary

Footprint Solutions is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to service retail locations in Hamilton, AL. You will stock shelves, update planograms, complete audits, assist with store resets, apply security tags, and report via a mobile app, working independently in stores.

You’ll earn starting pay of $13.00 per hour with travel time pay and mileage reimbursement. The role offers flexible scheduling in your local market and early wage access.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email.
• Ability to work in an independent and efficient manner while providing accurate and timely reporting via a mobile device.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is a plus.
• Able to effectively communicate with store personnel.
• Ability to understand, interpret, and carry out written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Service retail locations within the assigned area to ensure products and displays meet client standards.
• Stock shelves and organize merchandise.
• Update planograms and product displays.
• Complete audits, surveys, and reporting.
• Assist with store refreshes and resets.
• Apply security tags and labels.
• Take photos and submit reports through a mobile app.
• Build professional relationships with store associates and management.
• Communicate with District Manager while working independently in stores.
