Job summary

Safe Harbor Marinas is seeking a part-time Retail Assistant at our marina location to provide excellent customer service and help guests select and purchase products. You will support the Retail Manager in daily operations and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for everyone who visits the store.

Responsibilities include operating the cash register, handling inventory, processing returns and exchanges, and maintaining a clean, organized space.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 pounds.
• Overtime availability as required.
• Basic cash handling and point-of-sale familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Assist Retail Manager with day-to-day retail operations.
• Create an atmosphere that makes guests feel welcome, comfortable, important, and relaxed.
• Provide excellent customer service while assisting customers.
• Operate cash register, complete paperwork and required counts.
• Receive and process stock inventory, assist with stock management.
• Perform basic cleaning inside and outside the store including trash.
• Process exchanges, returns, and refunds per company policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment.
• Available to work overtime when required.
• Other duties as assigned by Manager.
