Safe Harbor Marinas, LLC (SHM) is seeking a Retail Assistant in Charleston, SC to deliver excellent customer service to members and guests while helping them find, select, and purchase the right product. Evening and weekend availability required.

You will assist with daily operations, operate the cash register, manage stock, and keep the store clean and welcoming. SHM offers a full benefits package including 401(k) plan, paid time off, holidays, fertility assistance, and boating discounts.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred
• Must be available evenings 2pm - 10pm and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist Retail Manager with the day-to-day retail operations
• Create an atmosphere that makes guests feel welcome and valued
• Provide excellent customer service while assisting customers
• Operate cash register and handle paperwork
• Receive and process stock inventory and assist with stock management
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Process exchanges, returns and refunds per policies
• Show flexibility to work overtime when required
• Other duties as assigned by Manager
