Job summary

Blue Gate Boat & RV is seeking a Dock Hand to join our marina team in Panama City Beach. You will assist guests with docking and boat movement, support rentals and fuel dock operations, and help keep docks and facilities clean and organized on a fast-growing waterfront property.

We value friendly, reliable, and customer-focused team members who enjoy working outdoors and around water. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or hospitality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable outdoors and around water.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with docking and departing boats.
• Support boat rentals and fuel dock operations.
• Keep docks and marina facilities clean, safe, and organized.
• Provide outstanding customer service to marina guests.
• Assist with boat movement, cleaning, and inspections.
• Help support marina events and day-to-day operations.
