Job summary

BlueGate Boat and RV Storage in Panama City Beach is seeking a Dock Hand to join our marina team. You will assist guests with docking, support boat rentals and fuel dock operations, and keep docks clean and safe while delivering friendly, hands-on service.

Ideal candidates enjoy outdoor work, are reliable, physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, and have basic boating knowledge. A valid driver’s license is required to help coordinate marina operations and day-to-day tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with docking and departing boats.
