Job summary

BlueGate Boat and RV Storage in Panama City Beach, FL is seeking an energetic Dock Hand to join our marina team on the water. You’ll assist guests with docking and departing boats, support boat rentals and fuel dock operations, and help keep docks and facilities clean and safe.

We value friendly, reliable, customer-focused team players who enjoy outdoor work, can lift up to 50 lbs, and are comfortable around water. A valid driver’s license is required, and basic boating knowledge is a plus.
