In this role, you will be one of the first people our boaters and guests meet. You will help create a welcoming experience from arrival to departure while supporting daily dock operations, fueling, guest assistance, and marina upkeep. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, takes pride in customer service, and wants to grow in a marina environment.

Customer Service & Hospitality
  • Maintain a pleasant, professional, and friendly demeanor with all customers, co‑workers, and clients.
  • Greet and welcome guests, provide directions and information on marina amenities and local attractions, and deliver requested guest amenities.
Dock & Boater Assistance
  • Assist boaters with docking, tying lines, and connecting to electric pedestals; troubleshoot electrical issues as needed.
  • Support safe boater arrivals and departures while ensuring smooth, courteous service.
Fueling Operations
  • Safely operate fuel pumps, monitor levels, and dispense fuel while adhering to safety protocols.
  • Conduct routine equipment checks and report malfunctions or damage promptly.
Cash Handling & Transactions
  • Handle cash and electronic transactions for fuel and guest services accurately.
  • Record sales, explain transient rates, accept payments, and complete reconciliation in a timely manner.
Facility Maintenance & Cleanliness
  • Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized fuel dock and marina areas, including restrooms, lobbies, and trash receptacles.
  • Ensure the overall appearance of the marina reflects company standards.
Safety & Compliance
  • Follow all company appearance and policy standards as outlined in the Oasis Marinas Associate Handbook.
  • Report accidents, hazards, or safety concerns immediately and comply with all site‑specific safety and security procedures.
Teamwork & Adaptability
  • Collaborate with co‑workers and management to support marina operations.
  • Perform additional duties assigned with flexibility and professionalism.

Prior knowledge of boating practices and terminology is helpful, but a strong hospitality mindset and willingness to learn matter just as much.
