Job summary

Brunswick and Freedom Boat Club are seeking a friendly dock associate to welcome guests, assist with check-in/out, and keep vessels clean and safe. This part-time role requires weekday, weekend, and holiday availability, a valid driver’s license, and a high school diploma.

You will operate a handheld tablet, coordinate reservations, review weather information, perform equipment checks, and maintain marina areas while delivering high-quality service near the water.

Qualifications

• Background check and drug screen required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Ability to read and manipulate handheld tablets.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and acknowledge guests according to standards.
• Greet members and manage check-in/check-out on a handheld tablet.
• Answer calls with professional etiquette and assist with reservations.
• Perform equipment checks and ensure vessels are clean and ready.
• Provide basic guidance about local waters to members.
• Maintain marina areas and support daily clerical tasks.
