Brunswick Corporation – Freedom Boat Club is seeking friendly, upbeat dock staff to greet members and assist on the docks in a part-time role. The position requires weekday, weekend, and holiday availability and involves customer-focused service near the water.

Responsibilities include guest check-in/out, equipment checks, and basic guidance about local waters. A background check, driver’s license, and high school diploma are required; prior boating experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Background check and drug screen required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• High school diploma (or equivalent).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to stay calm during busy periods.
• Ability to read and operate handheld tablets.
• Must follow all safety policies.

Responsabilités

• Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards.
• Anticipate and address guests’ service needs.
• Manage check-in and check-out using a handheld tablet.
• Perform equipment checks and ensure vessels are functional and on board.
• Clean and maintain vessels and Club location per standards.
• Assist with daily clerical tasks for reservations, fuel logs, and weather reports.
• Provide basic guidance to members by knowing local waters.
• Maintain professional language and appearance; follow policies.
