Job summary

Brunswick, including Freedom Boat Club, is seeking friendly dock staff to welcome guests, assist with check-in/check-out, and maintain vessels on-site at our Florida locations. The role is part-time and requires availability on weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

A positive attitude and strong customer service skills are essential. Responsibilities include handling reservations, safety checks, and providing basic guidance about local waters.

Qualifications

• Background check and drug screen required.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum age 18 years.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to stay calm during high activity periods.
• Ability to read and operate handheld tablets.
• Adherence to safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and acknowledge them according to standards.
• Address guests' service needs and provide assistance.
• Handle check-in/check-out using a handheld tablet.
• Perform equipment checks and ensure vessels are ready.
• Clean and maintain the dock and club location.
• Prepare reservation logs, fuel logs, and weather reports.
• Provide basic guidance about local waters to members.
• Maintain professional appearance and follow company policies.
• Contribute to a safe, welcoming environment.
