Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and three years’ experience, or equivalent qualifications.
• Minimum one year of transcription experience in Mandarin.
• Must be a U.S Citizen or Legal Permanent Resident.

Responsibilities

• Perform real-time transcriptions of sensitive material from Mandarin to English.
• Collect and analyze colloquialisms and slang terms.
• Produce court-ready transcriptions of pertinent calls and documents.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written skills in Mandarin

Knowledge of colloquial terms

Strong computer skills in MS Office

Ability to work under pressure

Typing speed of 45 words per minute
