Job summary

SaidGig is seeking a Mandarin-English transcriptionist for a remote contract. You will produce accurate verbatim transcripts from Mandarin and English audio, add tags and contextual notes per guidelines, and proofread for consistency and formatting.

The role requires meticulous attention to detail, independence to manage remote deliverables, and the ability to meet tight project timelines. Experience with AI training data is a plus but not required. Compensation is hourly and remote.

Native Mandarin fluency with advanced listening and comprehension skills.Professional-level transcription experience, particularly with Mandarin audio.Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate deliverables.Ability to work independently and manage remote project deliverables.Familiarity with transcription tools or platforms is highly desirable.Bilingual Mandarin-English project experience is a plus.Interest in AI training and language technology initiatives.
