Job summary

Allied Universal in Paramus, NJ is seeking a part-time Security Officer Patrol Driver Tablet Reporting to protect shoppers, tenants and staff. You will perform walking and vehicle patrols, monitor entrances, and report incidents using tablet-based tools.

The role emphasizes customer service, situational awareness and following site procedures. The schedule includes night shifts with early morning hours; pay rate is $19.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Background checks and drug screen may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to shoppers, tenants, visitors, and staff according to policy.
• Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols throughout the retail center.
• Respond calmly to incidents and medical events following site procedures.
• Monitor access points and direct visitors to maintain a welcoming environment.
• Document incidents and patrol activities and inform site management.
