Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc. in Bow, Washington seeks a Maintenance - Level I to perform a range of tasks including light appliance repairs, plumbing and carpentry, painting and groundskeeping.

The role involves teamwork to uphold high-quality maintenance standards across our communities. The candidate should be able to lift up to 50 pounds, hold a valid driver\'s license with a good driving record and current auto insurance, and be willing to be on call for emergencies after hours.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver(s) license, good driving record, and current auto insurance.
• High school diploma or the equivalent experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work with heavy equipment.
• Willing to be on call for emergencies that arise after hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintain amenity spaces to ensure they are well maintained and functioning properly.
• Keep grounds clean and free of trash and debris.
• Coordinate with management to maintain a safe and appealing property.
• Attend morning staff meetings to communicate daily vendor appointments and required work.
• Communicate with maintenance team and management on special projects.
• Report maintenance concerns and perform repairs as directed.
• Move heavy objects when required and operate maintenance trucks on site.
• Monitor inventory and supplies for maintenance operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
