Essential Staffing Solutions, LLC is seeking a dependable Apartment HVAC Maintenance Technician to service and repair HVAC systems across apartment units and handle related maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair. The role requires EPA Universal Certification and hands-on experience.

You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain systems, prepare units for new residents, and complete work orders efficiently while supporting renovation projects as needed.

Qualifications

• EPA Universal Certification is required (no exceptions).
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in apartment maintenance or property management.
• You must have your own tools and HVAC gauges.
• Strong skills in HVAC troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems in occupied and vacant units.
• Prepare units for new residents (make-ready/punch process).
• Complete resident work orders efficiently and professionally.
• Repair major appliances such as refrigerators, stoves, and dishwashers.
• Perform basic electrical and plumbing repairs.
• Maintain community curb appeal and cleanliness.
• Assist with renovation or property upgrade projects as needed.
