Job summary

Open Management is seeking a part‑time Maintenance Technician for our manufactured housing community in Louisville, Kentucky. You will handle routine and preventative maintenance, unit turns, and upkeep of grounds and facilities while delivering excellent resident service.

Responsibilities include responding to maintenance requests, performing repairs across plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks, and ensuring safety and cleanliness of shared spaces.

Qualifications

• A High School diploma or GED required.
• Entry-level maintenance knowledge desirable.
• Basic English literacy and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to tenants' maintenance requests.
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks at the park.
• Clean and maintain common areas and grounds.
• Assist with unit turns, repairs, and basic installations.
• Follow safety procedures and document work performed.
