Responsibilities include responding to work orders, minor plumbing and electrical work, snow removal and landscaping, all while following applicable laws and organizational standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year experience in general property maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform custodial and property maintenance tasks, including painting, heating and ventilation troubleshooting and repair, and responding to work orders.
• Carry out minor plumbing and electrical work, snow shoveling, and landscaping while complying with laws and standards.
