Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Part Time Maintenance Technician for the Albuquerque Convention Center in Albuquerque, NM. You will perform general repairs, maintenance, painting, and other tasks to support arena and theatre operations.

The role requires hands-on skills in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and safety procedures. You will complete work orders, document PMs, and coordinate with the Engineering Manager. Some evenings, nights, or event-based hours may be required.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
HVAC or building maintenance certificate a plus.
Two years of related maintenance experience preferred.
Ability to read and follow safety rules and instructions.

Responsibilities

Perform routine facility maintenance across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and other trades.
Repair or replace fixtures, drywall, painting, and minor furniture.
Complete work orders efficiently and document preventive maintenance (PMs).
Troubleshoot and repair building equipment and systems; report irregularities promptly.
Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, or holidays as needed for events.
