Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Part-Time Maintenance Technician to support operations during events and normal hours. The role covers plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall patching, and mechanical maintenance, plus serving as liaison with clients and ensuring facility rules are followed.

You will work with the Facilities Maintenance Engineer and help maintain safety, respond to repairs, and complete tasks per standard procedures. A strong work ethic and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED; two+ years in general repair and preventative maintenance.
• Knowledge of painting, plumbing, carpentry, hardware, and electrical/lighting systems.
• Trade coursework or certificates are a plus; forklift certification or ability to obtain it within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Perform general building maintenance: patching, painting, carpentry, plumbing, re-lamping, ceiling tiles, basic electrical repairs.
• Handle event-related maintenance tasks, including power drops and client requirements.
• Troubleshoot and repair maintenance issues; operate and maintain fire alarms and lighting systems.
• Provide minor servicing of HVAC systems and complete work orders promptly.
