Associa is seeking a Part-time Maintenance Technician for a managed property in Jacksonville, FL (32256). You will perform routine preventive maintenance and handle carpentry, painting, plumbing and electrical repairs to keep buildings safe and functional.

The role requires a valid driver's license, reliable communication with residents and staff, basic tools, and the ability to lift up to 20 pounds and work from ladders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance experience
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to perform carpentry, painting, plumbing and electrical repairs
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and operate ladders safely
• Strong communication with residents and clients
• Basic safety and OSHA compliance knowledge

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure building systems operate efficiently and physical condition is maintained.
• Perform maintenance tasks such as carpentry, painting, plumbing and electrical repairs.
• Clean and repair fixtures including lights, locks, windows, doors, walls, floors, gutters and drains.
• Operate and perform routine maintenance on systems and equipment as needed.
