Job summary

Associa is seeking a Maintenance Technician to handle exterior maintenance duties across communities. Responsibilities include carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical repairs to ensure proper and safe property upkeep.

Requirements include 3–5 years in related work, effective communication with clients, and knowledge of safety and maintenance regulations. Travel may be required; overtime and on-call rotations may apply.

Qualifications

• Effective communication with internal and external customers and clients.
• Knowledge of general maintenance requirements, safety, reporting and regulations.
• Knowledge of electrical and plumbing codes and maintenance requirements.

• Knowledge of local safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure building systems operate efficiently and facilities are well maintained.
• Carry out carpentry, painting, plumbing and electrical repairs as needed.
• Clean and repair fixtures such as lights, locks, windows, doors, and gutters.
• Operate and perform routine maintenance on systems and equipment; maintain company vehicle.
