Job summary

Apartner in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Maintenance Technician to respond to and complete upkeep requests for our apartment community. You will assist in preparing market-ready units, remove trash from vacant apartments, and perform assigned maintenance tasks efficiently.

You will troubleshoot mechanical, carpentry, and electrical issues, install locks and keys, replace light bulbs in common areas, and help maintain grounds and leasing offices.

Qualifications

• Experience in apartment maintenance is preferred.
• Must have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and complete maintenance service requests.
• Assist in preparing market-ready units, including trash removal from vacant apartments.
• Perform assigned maintenance tasks efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, carpentry, and electrical issues, including appliance repairs.
• Install locks and make keys as needed.
• Replace light bulbs in common areas.
• Remove trash from office areas and around the apartment community daily.
• Help maintain the upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, parking lots, and other common areas.
