Job summary

Fastenal Co. is hiring for a part-time Maintenance role at the Denton, TX Distribution Center. The position focuses on maintenance and repair of facilities, equipment and fixtures in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The role reports to the Maintenance team and supports safety and sustainability initiatives. Eligible candidates should be at least 18, possess a valid driver’s license, and demonstrate strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Valid driver's license with ability to use a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Diagnostics and preventative maintenance on conveyors and warehouse equipment.
• Respond to work orders in ticketing system.
• Maintain clean and organized work area.

• Participate in health, safety, and sustainability programs.
• Complete required EH&S trainings.
