Cohen-Esrey Communities, LLC is seeking a Part-Time Maintenance Technician for Village on Main in Waunakee, WI. This role involves responding to maintenance requests and preparing units for move-ins at approximately 20 hours per week.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance experience.
• Ability to bend, stoop, lift, carry, push or pull over 25lbs repeatedly.
• Ability to respond to after-hours emergencies.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Basic tools required, to include personal smart phone technology.

Responsabilités

• Respond to maintenance repair requests in a timely manner.
• Prepare vacant units for new resident move-ins.
• Deliver superior customer service to residents.
