Job summary

Cohen-Esrey Communities, LLC is seeking a Part-Time Maintenance Technician for Village on Main in Waunakee, WI, working around 20 hours per week.

The Maintenance Technician responds to repair requests, prepares vacant units for move-ins, and supports delivering exceptional service to residents. A background in maintenance (3+ years) and a valid driver’s license are required; HVAC certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance experience
• Ability to bend, stoop, lift, carry, push or pull over 25lbs repeatedly
• Ability to respond to after-hours emergencies
• Valid Driver's License
• Basic tools required, to include personal smart phone technology.
• HVAC Certification
• Proven 2+ years of HVAC experience

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring customer fulfillment by responding to maintenance repair requests in a timely manner and preparing vacant units in preparation for new resident move-ins. The Maintenance Technician is an essential team member for Cohen-Esrey to deliver superior customer service to our residents.

Compensation*

$22-24

*Final agreed-upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
