Qualifications

• Two+ years of maintenance experience or related field.
• Must hold a valid driver's license, have reliable vehicle and current insurance.
• Ability to be on-call for nights/weekends.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with others.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance in plumbing, painting, electrical, HVAC, and related areas.
• Complete apartment turnovers for new move-ins.
• Handle resident service requests promptly and accurately.
• Inspect buildings and grounds regularly for safety and upkeep.
• Paint and patch drywall as needed.
• Coordinate major repairs with Supervisor and oversee contracts.
