Hours and Pay

Schedule: Monday 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM, Wednesday 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Pay: $25 to $30 per hour

Employment Type: Part-time/Direct hire, approximately 15 hours per week

What You'll Do

You'll be the go-to technician delivering timely, high-quality maintenance services across multiple customer sites within an assigned territory. Using your company-provided van and tools, you'll perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on buildings, equipment, and grounds. Your daily tasks include:

• Conducting minor plumbing repairs such as unclogging drains, fixing leaks, and replacing fixtures


• Performing routine carpentry and painting to keep facilities looking like new


• Handling minor electrical maintenance within state law limits, including fixture and outlet repairs


• Completing service and asset inspections, documenting work via tablet or smartphone


• Communicating directly with customers to ensure satisfaction and address needs promptly


• Providing estimates for larger projects and collaborating with internal teams


• Adhering to safety standards and completing required training

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent; certifications or degrees in trades or specialty floor care preferred


• 2 to 5 years of mechanical experience in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, or related fields


• Valid driver's license and applicable certifications/licenses in good standing


• Proficiency with mobile technology and business software (Microsoft Office, work order systems)


• Strong communication skills and the ability to follow safety policies and procedures


• Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform tasks requiring standing, kneeling, climbing, and bending
