Storage Asset Management in Rockingham, NC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance tasks at assigned storage facilities, including cleaning, basic repairs, lawn care, snow removal, and refurbishing vacated units to ensure quick turnover. Responsibilities include completing work orders, maintaining property appearance, and assisting with other onsite tasks.
A valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to travel between locations are required.

This position will be responsible for all maintenance related tasks (cleaning, building repair, etc.) at storage facility locations assigned. Maintenance technicians repair and maintain self-storage buildings, keep grounds looking professional as well as assisting with other onsite tasks as assigned.
Previous experience in maintenance/mechanical field with high school education desired.
Must be fluent in speaking and writing the English language.
This work is performed both indoors and outdoors with fluctuating noise levels and some hazardous exposure, i.e., chemicals, power tools, etc.
