Storage Asset Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to handle routine maintenance, repairs, and groundskeeping at assigned storage facilities. You will complete work orders, keep properties presentable, and assist with various on-site tasks as needed.
Previous maintenance or mechanical experience is preferred. The role requires a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to travel between locations, with work performed both indoors and outdoors under varying conditions.
Storage Asset Management is a property management and consulting company that specializes in self-storage. This position will be responsible for all maintenance related tasks (cleaning, building repair, etc.) at storage facility locations assigned. Maintenance technicians repair and maintain self-storage buildings, keep grounds looking professional as well as assisting with other onsite tasks as assigned.
Education and/or Experience Requirements: Previous experience in maintenance/mechanical field with high school education desired.
Language Skills: Must be fluent in speaking and writing the English language.
Work Environment: This work is performed both indoors and outdoors with fluctuating noise levels and some hazardous exposure, i.e., chemicals, power tools, etc.
